Days 1-2 done!!

Time to work on my abs! Have I told you I’m terrible with workout routines and almost never stick with them. Here I am trying to kick myself in the butt again. Yes I’ve done two of the days so far and I was a good girl about them! I hate planks they kick me every time because well I suck at them. I rather sit on the wall then so planks but then are suppose to help with core muscles so here it goes! 30 day challenge

Looks like an awesome workout plan. I'm not a fan of planks either, but what better time than the holidays to start? Keep us posted!

Thanks! I’ll keep you posted but I haven’t done day 4 yet the kids are on there Christmas break so I’m going to squeeze them in where I can
