Searching for something different to watch last night. Found a Tom Cruise movie. Gave it a shot.
It was pretty good. He was a pilot, then got into being a drug runner for the CIA.
The movie was based on the Iran-Contra affair from the 1980's.
Better than anything else I could find. Here is the trailer if you are interested. Not a huge Tom Cruise fan, but not a bad movie at all.
Directed by Doug Liman. With Tom Cruise, Domhnall Gleeson, Sarah Wright, Jesse Plemons. The story of Barry Seal, an American pilot who became a drug-runner for the CIA in the 1980s in a clandestine operation that would be exposed as the Iran-Contra Affair.

Oh you made me laugh. I saw that one and instantly thought of the scene when the fast plane overtook him so he piloted his plane slow, too slow for them, then crash landed it.. where was that?
