Day 3 of 30rd!

Wow hoo I was good this morning and did my day 3 ab challenge. 25 crunches, 10 leg raises and 20 seconds planks which I thought the 20 seconds would be hard but I was able to hold it past the 20 second alarm going off. Tomorrow it should be longer of it’ll be 30 crunches, 12 leg raises and 25 second plank.

Congrats and keep at it. I commend you. That kind of exercise really isnt' for me. I do some bed ab crunches though, and can manage those pretty well.

It’s just a small amount and they build each day adding a little more and more each day

@ShyBear88 I prefer walking or dancing as opposed to other streneous exercises. I'm glad you are enjoying this though.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I don’t enjoy it. I hate working out over all I loved gymnastic as a kid so if it’s not tumbljng I don’t care for it. I don’t mind running or walking.
