Full Circle: A Recommendation

Perhaps you recognize Andrea Barber from her role as Kimmy Gibler on Full House and most recently on Fuller House, but Full Circle is by no means a typical celebrity biography it is so much more important than that.
This book is as impressive for what it isn’t, as for what it is, it is not a celebrity tell all, or a behind the scenes expose, what it is is a very real, and open account of life, life with a Mental Illness that often leaves her with Crippling Anxiety, as well as depression, but it is also a story of hope & help and a reminder that we need to loose the stigmas associated with mental illness...
The fact that Andrea Barber is so open and honest about her own struggles without trying to throw anyone under the bus, or turn this book into a Celebrity tell all, leaves this book as one of my personal top tens of 2019....

She has an anxiety as well as depression, she’s open about her struggles in this book but I’m equally impressed by the fact that she does not use this as a platform to throw mud at anyone else.
