Cabbage Rolls Update 12/24/19

Well, we have a roaster full of cabbage rolls done. I don't know if we'd attempt them again. My husband was sore from standing; and I couldn't feel my legs from sitting on a chair that was too low. We're getting too old for this! But, the cabbage rolls were dee-lish. Hubby couldn't wait and had three large cabbage rolls as soon as they came out of the oven! Today we will make the cheesecakes. This will be much easier. Then we'll be ready for Christmas. I'm way behind on Discussions and Notifications because we finished up late; and I didn't sign back in. I will catch up today, I promise! @LindaOHio I am trying to return to the easiest to make customs now. I did not make anything besides the dips and sauces for the fondue at Claudia´s.

There are dozens of different recipes on the internet. We use ground meat, rice, seasonings...and then pour over tomato sauce, tomato juice, lemon juice, etc. before they are baked.

We do not do a big get together for Christmas. We are going to putter around the house and then go to church this evening. We will get together with other family members from now until I go back to work.
