Paralysis...

Day before yesterday my father in law had a paralysis attack through which his face is affected.It was a sudden incident and we all were disturbed .We took him to hospital he had certain treatments and advised physiotherapy by doctor... Its busy busy days couldn't drop by even. How was your Christmas celebrations?

My sister has this once and it was diagnosed as Bell's Palsy. It isn't serious and went away on its own after a week or two. Hope your father in law is recovering now and managed to have a good Christmas.. I had a good day.

@amnabas It is frightening when you are older. I am in my 60s and worry abut my health more than I used to.

I am not a doctor but I think that paralysis was caused by a stroke. His blood pressure may have shot up so high.

Maybe..but when we took him to doctor his BP was fine.

@amnabas aw, that paralysis is more dangerous then since the cause is not a stroke. Then it may be connected to the heart.

@Alexandoy it sounds like bell's palsy. one of my classmates had it 2 months before we graduated
