Day 142 Promise 192 Psalm 27:14 Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD. (KJV) What do you wait for? Do you wait for good news from loved ones or friends? What is your expectation? Where does your hope lay? David waited on the Lord and told the people to do the same. He said when you wait on God, He will strengthen you. Wait in this verse means to expect something. As Christians, when you put your expectation on God to take care of you in your difficulties and put your faith and trust in action for Him to work in your life, God will come through for you every time. Where is your hope and expectation? Are you waiting for God to do something in your life without exercising faith and trust that He will work everything out for you? Don’t expect God to work in your life if you don’t have the faith or trust in Him to come through for you. God works in the lives of those who believe, trust and have faith that He will do what He says He will. Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them who love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Let’s pray: Father, take away all doubt from my life and help me put my faith in action to believe and trust You will come through in the difficult times in my life. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
