The Weather

I started checking the weather to see how to dress my kids years ago and now still myself. Also I check now for cold this time of the year as well as snow and rain all year long!
Then when my daughter and I were going on vacation in 2012 it was 103 degrees here in northern Virginia and we were going to Florida. My mom was going on about how we would be making a big mistake that it is too hot and humid down there. However it stayed at 103 degrees here every day at home while it was around the 93 degree mark in Florida the whole week we were there.I checked everyday since then to the humidity here compared to the humidity in central Florida. Many day's it is more humid here. And my mom just ignores me when I tell her that.
Plus most of the family was going to move from this expensive and stressful area and I was researching weather for possible places we might move to. Now a lot of those people have decided that they don't want to move. 
However I still check because my lease is up in August and I am going to have to move to someplace that is cheaper.

@dfollin There is so much to think about when it comes to housing. My husband and I are renting out a house until he retires then we'll move into it, after selling our present house. We have a mortgage and a pretty high house insurance to pay on that house that we are renting so we can't rent it for too low a price. If there is a problem then we have to fix it. We paid for a 5 thousand dollar new heater in that house and the renters say it does not do a good enough job. Sorry, renters. We landlords are out of money. Its just a huge problem for both sides.

Good luck in finding a new home! Weather can be very unpredictable too. We had the worst Christmas weather of floods, high winds, power outages! Today is so sunny and terrific weather. If only it was like this yesterday too.
