Cracked My Tablet Screen.....

I wasn't going to post tonight, but here I am. So last night, I was setting my tablet on a stool, in the dark, while stepping out of the room. Well, I miscalculated where the stool was and missed, causing my tablet to go face-down on the floor. I put it on my bed and stepped out to do what I needed to do, and when I came back to check for damage, I was shocked to find it was cracked, mainly at the bottom, but up towards the center as well. I wasn't having the best night. It wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best, so I was done after that. I know, I know, it should've had a screen protector, or I should've closed the case. I know that was my fault, and my mistake, but I'm still not happy to have cracked the screen. I don't have the extra money to have it replaced or repaired at the moment. For now, it's still useable, but I don't know if the lens is messed up, so I'll have to somehow test it to see if the camera is still useable. My Mom and brother-in-law may also let me borrow theirs when needed, plus I have my phone, so luckily not all is lost. I'll figure something out as far as a replacement goes, but for now, I'll just have to make-do with the one I cracked. My brother-in-law thinks it'll be okay for now, as long as I put a screen protector over it, so I'll do that until I can either have the screen repaired or buy a new tablet altogether.
