Pon and Zi

Pon and Zi. The characters were created by Jeff Thomas (in 2004). The yellow one is Pon and the blue one is Zi. When I was a teenager I became more alternative/emo/goth. I came across Pon and Zi and I immediately fell in love with them. At the time I was dating a boy. However, he didn't share my interest in Pon and Zi and found them creepy and weird. When he and I broke up he called me an embarrassment because I wasn't a hipster and I never would be. He wanted a girlfriend who wore stilettos and wore shorts so small and tight you could floss your teeth with them by simply wearing them. A while later I met Bones online. He was and still is a bit of an emo boy and a metalhead (could you imagine him at 7ft in a mosh pit) When he and I started dating he sent me a message with a photo of Pon and Zi. He then apologized saying I was probably too young to know Pon and Zi. I told him I knew Pon and Zi he was surprised that I knew them and was even more surprised when I sent him my own photos that I adored. The image is a copy of the first Pon and Zi image he sent me. It was after the first time he said I love you. For the first time in a relationship he said "I love you" first.
