My fried slice eggplant / myLot

Good evening, what's your plan to cook for dinner? Me actually I already cooked our food for dinner and I also add this fried slice eggplant and dip It later with sauce. Have you tried to eat fried egg plant?

@resukill22 Mike fried the eggplant with a batter.then this is put in tomato sauce along with our pasta. This also makes a great sandwich there/

That looks good. It's breakfast time here but I think I will make this for dinner this week. But I will use my air fryer instead. I used to eat this with rice and fried galunggong. But now that I do not have easy access to fresh fish it will have to be paired with something else.

I just ate a similar the other day,

I dipped it in soy sauce with calamansi or native lemon, I love fried eggplants but we put ours in paper towel after frying to remove excess oil, sometimes it's too oily.

Yes, your right of that, I alsp doing that, but that time that I Cook the eggplant I forgot to buy paper towel haha, I used that also if I fried chicken
