Free Eyeglasses.

The recipients are nine public school teachers near here. It is a public service made the Lions Club International last end of December when they screen the teachers for pre-diabetic screening and also eye screening check up.
Those lucky nine teachers will surely be happy for their new spectacles. Good work for my sister who is now serving for LCI.
Do you wear eye glasses?

@hereandthere My eldest sister had eyeglasses eversince high school too.

I wear eyeglasses. And I remember, many years ago, the Lions Club International collected eyeglasses that some people did not need, checked and cleaned them and gave them to people that did not have the money to get any. I don´t know if it is dine here now.

I do...The Lions are active here, but I bought my own glasses. Roomie needs some though. First on the agenda for him though is to get his car inspected.
