Oil balance ...

As you can see in the photo, this is a very common oil balance in my city and state, it serves to extract oil from the land. It is so common here that I have one in front of my house haha. Do you know my friend? Does anyone else have one of these or similar in your country?

I have not seen one in our area but maybe in some part of our country, we have those... I'm not that sure though.
