Took the kids after school to the eye doctor to have there annual exam. We had a little melt down with the 7 year over the eye puffer. The guy doing it told him it does and I’m like why the heck did you tell him. So there was crying and we had to move on of course insurance and doctor want it done so we did manage with the help of another assistant by tricking him with her scanning his eye and then “she accidentally puffed him!” It’s fine I gave them the okay to do so. His eye sight is good no glasses but to let him play outside in because the light will help prolong him not having to have glasses. He will need them at some point she says but there is no need for now. Our oldest still needs glasses but same script as last year which is good. She picked out new frames because insurances cover it for free and she picked out black ones with pink undertone. It’s cute and she thought she was going home with them now. I told her no they need to cut and fit your lens in time and then we can come and get them but for now for you to wear your current classes till then.
