Lots of rain and wind all night and morning. Now we have tornado warnings. The wind is up to 50 miles an hour now. That is strong wind. And it may get worse.
But the good news is I have nowhere to go. Staying inside where it is safe and dry.
Amazing the people that are on the roads and all of the accidents I see on the news. This type of weather is very dangerous to be on the road. Trees are down and roofs blown off barns and homes.
Hope you are all having a good day.

@CarolDM We need to figure out a way to fix this! Can't they just put some big fans up in Canada to blow cold air down our way?

You know Tennessee was my second choice. When my husband and I were trying to decide where to relocate to. Texas was first on our list. Tennessee was second. We made the decision to move to Texas because I could never find a job in Tennessee. But I love that state. Especially Knoxville.

I remember when the tornado went down lower Broadway in 1998.
We’re just getting straight line winds, which in some aspects is much worse (a tornado can hit one area, winds hit everywhere).
As for the accidents, I’ve been to Nashville enough to know that there’s a ton of accidents on clear, sunny days.....

The news people have suggested that people stay indoors. We are expecting winds up to 60 mph. Stay safe.
