If your a guy stop her this post isn’t for your liking for us women that still experiences are monthly visitor as my husband calls Aunt Flow!
I notice my first two period cups (mensural cups) were not cutting! I would leak a lot and need to use pads or liners. So I went back online found the page where you take a quiz to learn the different type of cups and found the one I need. I have a short cervix which means I need a cup with a fat lip and small cup bottom it like of looks like a rose before it opens all the way up.
This new one is a lot better staying where it needs to the short tail is nice and more of braid. I do have to clean it out more often every 4-6 hours when heavy when lighter I can go 8-12 hours. With cups there a so learning and trying a few different shapes some times. Never thought that my cervix would be and issue after having 3 kids but that’s okay no two women’s bodies are the same.

Never even knew these existed until last year. I always used pads. Didn't feel comfortable with tampons.

I never used a tampon but I can say form being a pad user I don’t notice my cup when I have it in I can easier sleep with it and go about my day as norma. Since I have to have a shorter up I do have to remind me self some time between 4-6 hours to take it out and rinse it when I go to the bathroom. At night time
I can leave it in for the full 8 or whoever long I’m a sleep for.
