I am watching a film called "Isolation" it came out in 2017, and is based on true events. It's about a couple named Creighton (odd name I know) and Lydia who go on an island vacation in hopes of healing their troubled marriage.
As the film progresses, they do seem to be reconnecting well, but their retreat turns into a nightmare, when they learn the island has hidden dangers. I don't want to give too much away, but I can tell you watching it would not be a waste.
Runtime is around an hour and a half.
Admittedly it has some elements I'm not a fan of, but that could be said of a lot of movies.

@msdivkar, I'm watching it on a free streaming service called Tubi, I'm sure you could find it elsewhere though.
