Being Sent In Circles

So I contacted Verizon today about replacing the Samsung Book that won’t turn on, and now they are saying I have to wait at least a couple of weeks for the replacement so I ask them to at least not charge me for the line for the time it can’t work, so I’m told we can temporarily suspend the line but you still have to pay for the service, because there’s nothing wrong with the line, I told them once again the product won’t turn on and then I’m sent to another department, and then I’m sent to get another department so I call someone else because Verizon is not showing the payments I made while it is very clearly showed on my statement! I usually love Verizon but the past week I have dealt with several rude reps two of which hung up on me! I finally did talk to someone who got part of the issue fixed, but not the Samsung Book Issue! I did report the two reps that hung up on me a long with the ones that were rude! Thankfully the last lady I talked to was nice and helpful but sheesh I did not want to spend hours on the phone dealing with one issue that I was told was solved last week and the delay on the replacement Samsung Book! Now that I’m finally off the phone I can get some real work done!

Sorry to hear about your issues with Verizon I hope it is taken care of soon and your product is fixed or replaced soon.

i hope so too, before the past couple of weeks I hadn’t had many issues with them in the past week, I’ve been hung up on twice, argued.with and talked down to, if this continues they’ll loose a customer!

we don't use verizon here but the problem you have with the customer service is also the problem here. sometimes they are not just rude but they don't know their job.

Yes some are that way here too, it isn’t good for keeping customers wanting to use their services!

I would never deal with Verizon. I have heard to many negative things about them. They are also over priced.
