The van made it

Finally we were able to get the van to the other car shop. We have had problems with this other shop trying to take a run for our money. After a new battery put in and the kids out of school and done with homework. We set out to bring the van to the a different shop to be looked at.
Once dropped off my husband told me the guy that took the eyes wasn’t surprised to question us about where the car had been. They have had other people being there cars to them because of this other shop taking people money for things that are not that expensive or saying things that are not true. So hopefully tomorrow the guy can look at the van and call us back. He wasn’t there when we dropped the van off but the man made notices for his boss.
Crossing fingers that the coast isn’t much or that nothing needs to be done.

That's the problem when you do not know the shop well, some wise guys will milk you with wrong diagnosis of the real problem.

We have used this other shop for several years. Just this past year they have started turning tables and charging things more for things that didn’t need to be done. Other wise we would have stayed with them. But since they want to lie or cheat there at for more money. It can also be just one person at that shop.
We told this other shop what we where told is wrong with the van they are just looking with is a $35 coast and not a $200 coast like some places make it out to be. Cars can be expensive but some places after a while will become dishonest

@Alexandoy deals can also cheat you and leave out info. So don’t always say they are trust worthy. Our dealer for the van makes you pay more so we have had other shops do it that are trust worthy. We are not rich so when the experience fixes come we have to shop around and choice.

@ShyBear88 our car is due for checkup next week in the dealer's shop. It is quite expensive than ordinary car shops but we can trust the dealer that we wouldn't be cheated.

I’m pretty sure not! They are getting extra business because of the other car places so it’s in there favors to charge less for more work

I’ve gone far to long with no van it’s driving me nuts.
