I can't believe it is only Thursday, this has been a long week for some reason. Just seems to keep dragging on and on.
Elizabeth Warren says she will cancel 42 million borrowers' student debt on her first day as president. Since she wont be president I guess we don't really have to worry but what is she thinking? Let's just say those 42 million all owe $10,000, although I'm sure many owe more. Just to make it easy math, that would be $420 billion, if my math is correct. Last I heard we are like $17 trillion in debt and we don't need that $420 billion? Who is going to pick up that cost?
Some of her policies are way out there and I personally am not sure I believe anything from the self proclaimed Native American, who is so much of a Native American.
- Free public college for everyone - who is picking up that bill?
- Universal child care from birth to school age - another freebie?
- Getting rid of criminal penalties for illegal border crossings, instead making it a civil offense. - Right open boarders is a great idea
- Warren also endorses the Green New Deal. - Can people really be that dumb?
- She’s also proposing to break up Google, Facebook and Amazon, and to ban companies with over $25 billion in revenue - who creates the most jobs in the country?
- within her first 100 days in office, she’ll offer a public health insurance option. Eventually, she would phase out private insurance and make national health insurance free for everyone. - love when they say FREE, cause no one will have to pick up that cost?
I got an idea, we should tax the rich all the way to the poor house, they will close their businesses, we will all be out of work and depending on government handouts until the government runs out of money. That right there is an awesome plan.

I think she just says whatever she thinks her base wishes would happen. All of her ideas are noble, but they don't have the facts and figures to back them up.
I know I won't be voting for her.

@Bensen32 A real world, with real debt... We need to worry about our debt before we put ourselves in more debt.

I really don't think Elizabeth Warren knows financial strategy well enough to make any claims regarding the wealth of America. Politicians are mentally diseased these days.
