Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies

These cookies with cream cheese and mini chocolate chip will melt in your mouth. Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies are simple, light and delicious.
A friend served these at her home and I asked for the recipe. Probably a mistake. Had to make them. I know many of you are on a diet, and I apologize in advance.
But they smell and taste so good. They are easy to make and so good. My two favorite things, chocolate chip cookies and cheesecake, together.

Piffle. I love it. A new word for me. It manages to express so much meaning in one word. The next time my husband says that his egg is fried too hard, with a dismissive wave of my hand, I'll just say, "Oh, piffle." Actually, he never complains about my cooking, but I'll be ready just in case.

@1creekgirl Such a dismissive, derisory word to have at one's disposal. Use it quickly before someone else steals it on you or before it goes back out of fashion.

They look divine. At Christmas I make a cheesecake and layer chicolate chips on top. Really yummy.

@CarolDM I saw the recipe and I think I am going to try to make them sometime, but try to make them low carb. It won't be exactly the same, but I bet they'll be good too

Funny you posted about these I saw this recipe on Facebook over the holidays me and my girlfriend was suppose to make them we never got around to it though. I hope you enjoy them
