Lab Tests Result and Health Condition

Yesterday, I discussed with my doctor the results of my lab tests. Majority of the tests showed number within normal range but at least two are not ideal. Creatinine and ALT (SGPT) showed number beyond normal range. Not too high but reason enough to be given attention and monitoring. ECG result indicates Sinus Arrhythmia within normal range; not a matter of concern according to the doctor. Did I damage my liver and kidney already? That’s my question but the physician explained that it’s not about time to cause panic as it is not relatively high yet. It can still be reverse and all I need is to do my part which I clearly understand what's all about. Photo Credit: pixabay.com

Do not be so scared, a higher level or Creatinine can be easily corrected. May be you eat too much meat and you simply need to correct your food intake.

@ZedSmart Modifying your diet should be enough.

I'm sure your doctor is right about your liver and kidneys. Sometimes all that is necessary is a change in diet. What did he recommend you do?

I have been prescribed to take something more as food supplement. I was told again to avoid salty and fatty foods, colas and the likes and then recommended to drink enough water. We'll see tests after one month if these lower or get back to normal values.

@ZedSmart Glad you can sit and discuss the results with your doctor. Good idea to listen to what the doctor has to say and follow the orders. When do you have to go back to the doctor?

After one month we'll check the level of those tests that have values beyond normal.
