Anyone enjoy "Dark Shadows" as much as I did/do? I used to hurry home from junior high to see it each day. Here is an interesting bit of info on the series: Dan Curtis, creator of Dark Shadows had a very thin budget to do five episodes each week of the Dark Shadows soap opera that ran from 1966 to 1970. He had a budget of $70,000 a week. The camera operator, Stuart Goodman, saved money by giving the scenes a dreamy effect by putting Vaseline on the edges of the lens. If the scene needs a fire he would light a bucket on fire and place it in front of the camera.

I loved that show! I feel the need to rewatch the series, but I don't even know what service streams it! I was so disappointed by the movie, but it was still "ok".

I used to watch it years ago. Lately though my thoughts have turned to watching it from beginning to end. I liked it way back when

I have watched it all the way through a few times. Mostly just a few episodes now and then.

@celticeagle I would definitely watch from the first episode on. I can't remember enough of the show to be able to put it all together if I skipped around.
