Evening tea...let's get moving

I had a good amount of time spent here at Mylot today. I am glad that I finished all chores before lunchtime and kept rest of day to relax and mylot
I took a break to help my younger daughter. She has her class test of Geography tomorrow and she just wanted me to check if she is all done for the exam. I asked her a few things at random from her chapters and she seemed fully prepared

Husband took a break from cricket match and came down. We had tea while children joined us with their strawberry milkshake. My elder one prepared it. We had little chit chat and now everyone has moved.
Younger one has gone down to clubhouse to play table tennis with her friends. She will play long as she is all done with her test preparation. Older one has no friends to play with. Seems they are too busy studying for exams. High school can be tough. So she decided to take a break and go out and skate for a while. She will come back and do the revision.
Husband has gone upstairs. He closed the door. He has to finish some office work and I am sure mute TV is on to keep checking the scores of the cricket match
Here I am all by myself in living room. I need to get up and move. I need a break from screen. So I will just tidy up the house, get dinner ready, fold the clothes etc... Few light chores.
Catch you later if I feel like coming back here tonight. Else this might be the last post for the day.

They did well on their tests. Elder one should get the result by next week. Younger one got a perfect 29/30

We have two daughters. Though not big, we definitely are a normal functioning happy family. Feel blessed for that. Thank you.
