Writing Life with actions.....

"You do not write your life with words... You write it with actions." This was a quote that I once read, and believed it with all my heart. Today while travelling to office, I offered my seat to an old lady, she was all into appreciation and was extremely thankful. It's just that, the seat officially reserved for senior citizens was occupied by young girls, and they didn't bother to vacate it. Sometimes I really think, we people have lost and empathy towards our fellow humans. This is really sad... Do you feel the same???

Words don't have an impact unless they are put in action. Else it's only mere preaching.

I agree, some times girls/ladies think that they can sit any seat even if it is reserved for senior citizens. I do not appreciate it. We have already reserved seats in bus and we can't occupy other's reserved seats.

I know such things happen in public buses or metro trains and sometimes people just turn blind eye to what is written above the seat. Even here, men occupy the ladies seat and sit as if they have no idea if it was reserved for ladies. What you did was a nice gesture and we need such empathy in public transport.

I have seen it many times too. This kind of thing is sad but I believe that we have lost much empathy towards elders.
