Eeyore Hot Tea is Calling my Name

Hot tea is so good when the weather is cold. I drink one cup of coffee in the mornings. But days like today, still in the 20s out, hot tea starts calling my name. My Eeyore mugs are my favorite. I had some fresh mint in a ziplock bag. Added some honey and a little cream. Oh man, the tea is so good. Cheers to all of you. This tea also takes me back to my dear grandmother's front porch in a rocking chair. What good memories. We would sit and rock and talk about life. The good ole days. Do you ever drink hot tea?

I don't often drink tea. I do when I'm not feeling well. My daughter would love your mug. She just loves Eeyore. And I mean she LOVES him.

I do drink hot tea, but not as often as I would like. The other day I made a tea of raspberry leaf, cinnamon and ginger.

I don't drink it often, but these cold days make it so good. I don't care for the flavored teas.

@CarolDM Yes, my feet and hands are cold even as we speak. So you drink just mint tea?

I drink hot tea pretty much everyday when the weather is cold, and iced tea when the weather is hot. I don't have an Eyore mug though..

Fresh mint is really nice to drink and I limit the amount a bit and try to drink warmish fresh water when I can in the morning.

What a sweet cup! Yes, I drink green tea nearly everyday. Later on in the day (when I don't want the caffeine), I might have hot water with some lemon and honey, or a roasted dandelion tea, or a ginger/turmeric tea, or hot water with some fresh thyme and oregano. I love tea!

Thanks, I have a soft spot for Eeyore. That is a variety of teas. I prefer the regular black tea with honey and cream or a little milk.

I love your Eeyore mug - so CUTE. Yes, I love hot tea and have it at the end of each day. But I have mine with just cream because I've cut out sugar and honey.

Occasionally I drink hot tea in the afternoon and it's funny you mentioned your grandmother. My grandmother was a tea drinker too and I would love visiting and sharing a cup. Such good memories
