As I mentioned before in my other post, I made my daughter a mango graham cake. Sometimes it is also known as refrigerator cake. But since I have been making this cake for the past three years or so for her on her birthday, I had this feeling that my daughter will welcome and love another cake.
And I am right. She is very excited to this cake. It is an ice cream cake I bought from Cake2Go. I bought this through grabfood. It is delicious.

Oh I love the ice cream cakes, I used to get them when I was a little girl as my Birthday cake. Mango Graham cake sounds delicious. I love mangoes!

@rakski I was first introduced to the ice cream cake by my uncle's ex wife. Her birthday was close to mine so my family celebrated our birthdays together. I also liked Strawberry Pretzel Salad and had that on some occasions.

I was actually thinking of either buying a DQ ice cream cake or the one from Cake2Go. I have not tried DQ cake before so I went for the other one.
We used to celebrate both my kids birthday in one date. My son 's bday is Jan10 and his sister Jan22, usually in between or with my daughter's birthday or either birthday that fall on a weekend. Three years ago we celebrated their birthday separately.
