My appetite has not been the best for awhile now. The last trip to my doctor she recommended I try a Boost shake every day, actually she said 2-3 a day should be helpful.
So I am giving it a try. I like the chocolate flavor, it is very good. Full of nutrients and vitamins. I feel like it is helping to drink these shakes. And I feel they give me little more energy as well.
Have you ever tried them? There are many flavors and types to choose from.

No, I've never tried them. I have tried the slimfast shakes which didn't work at all. If anything they made me feel hungrier. I hope that the boost shakes work for you.

@CarolDM Oh, I know you aren't drinking for weight loss...I know what boost is, the hospital I worked for gave it to my ex's GG every week.

I am glad you like them..I honestly, can't imagine ever needing a boost shake unless I get struck with a dread disease or something.

They have my dad drink those and Ensure. The extra nutrients are supposed to help you heal if you have wounds.

I hope it works for you. If they have dairy in them, I can't drink them.

I have not tried them, probably never will. But I know some people who have, along with the ensure drinks.
if you're trying to gain weight, my brother was put on the essential breakfast carnation drinks when he was a kid, as he was too small for the school nurse and his dr. but they told my mom to get the packets, and use them with ice cream and milk to make milkshakes, and he gained just as they wanted.
