Laptop needs reformat / myLot

I am having trouble with my laptop lately. It becomes so slow and I cannot even finish my work. I always call for my kids to help me out and even my hubby. They all suggested that if I do not like to buy a new one, its time to have my laptop check. Are you having troubles with yours too? What do you use regularly, laptop or PC? I have my PC at work and a tablet but it is my laptop that I am comfortable working with.

I always do the repair every time I encounter problems. On rare occasions, I experience slowness because of my internet connection(not because of my laptop).
