Books to strengthen self-esteem ..

Who has read books that help strengthen self-esteem, I would like to give me some book that I need to give that information to a friend who is going through a bad time both economic and spiritual and I feel that the words do not help and maybe I recommend A book that can help you, if someone knows or read and is helpful, I would like to recommend it to me.

I hope things get better for her. I cannot personally recommend a book because I am not reading books these days.
I saw this short vid the other day, at one point I had experienced this lack of confidence to interview when I needed to get a job, and I didn't know exactly how to change that. But I have already improved from that condition although I still have other worries about other things. I saw this the other day, and I just thought maybe this is what I needed then. A little push, and mental tweaks from people so you can get outside of your own mind. Not sure it will help her but here it is:
