It is a gorgeous warmish day.
Tinker was literally climbing the walls.
So we let the boys out for a while. They enjoyed it, but were ready to come in when given the opportunity.
They have lived here four months and this is the first they have been outdoors. I think it was good for them and for me.

At the end of September a friend/coworker was going through a bad time in her marriage. She moved in with a friend. Friend does not like cats and Mickey and Tinker were indoor only cats. She originally said that in three weeks she would be in her own place and could have the cats. It took a lot longer, and the landlady said "no cats" and so it was either the boys went to the shelter or I kept them. I am a sucker. Bob was kind of fond of Mickey, whom Ann had for over two years, adopting him from a shelter. Tinker was an abandoned kitten that she bottle fed and was only a few months old at the time. Both of them are Tuxedo kitties. Mickey is black and white. Tinker is gray and white. She thought Tinker was a girl, but he is a boy and we will have him neutered.

Free roaming. I know I need to get them some kind of a lead if we travel for sure. In some ways I hate to do it in our own yard for fear they would get cornered and not be able to get away.
