Beverage out from fresh Lime Juice

One has to boost his or her immune system to maintain ones well being. While there are plenty of essential vitamins and minerals we can get from our food through balance diet, there were instances that we can't meet the daily requirements. This is true when we resort to instant and processed foods; those that are easy and ready to prepare in a short period of time. It is also said that through exercise and food supplements, these can help also to strengthen our immune defenses. I'm lazy when it comes to taking vitamins on regular basis. It would be difficult for me to swallow a pill especially if it's a bit bigger in size. Sometimes, I take it but as the days go on the habit fades. The current scare of nCoV somehow awakens me to do not take for granted my health like what others did. Prevention is still better than cure so one must act accordingly. At the end of the day, it's better safe than sorry. I always pair my snack with beverage aside from water and because it's an order to avoid drinking carbonated beverage, I get this chance to drop by at the open air market to look for lemon or lime so that I can make drinks from their juices. Lemon is not that abundant here and if one finds, it is valued a bit higher but still affordable. And then there's lime, a cheaper substitute for lemon be it for culinary purposes or beverage. We used to buy this before at hundred pieces at or less than quarter a dollar. It's surprising somehow that it's now packed at 25 for half the price of the hundred pieces before. Well, that is understandable; prices do not stay the same. Later this afternoon, I enjoyed the hot beverage out from the lime juice.

I like to put honey on my lemon juice for added benefits instead of sugar.

@louievill That's great. As of now, prevention is the best way to do. I'm a bit worried about the situation too and I hope that it won't break out.

I like the taste of lime juice that I also use for cooking. I like to add a zest to my iced water.

I agree that it is better to drink beverage with real vitamins than take the pills or syrup.

@ZedSmart I am not lazy about taking vitamins. I just have had days where I just forgot to take them. Have people been infected where you live? So how does it taste with lime in it instead of lemon?

Good to hear that you have this nice tolerance. There was one confirmed case; a Chinese woman from Wuhan. I put enough water to balance the sourness of the juice and then add a little sugar since I do not have honey yet this time.

Good to take vitamins in natural form. The corona virus outbreak is really scary.

@ZedSmart Just boost up immunity with natural safe sources. That's the least we can do to stay fit.
