Hi everyone. When I was responding to a comment ,this topic sparked off in my mind. The discussion is about ... Do you follow a fixed timing for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner/ snacks, everyday?? For me, no not regularly. But I used to have my breakfast at 8:30 or 9:00 in the morning. Lunch, yes ofcourse ..I follow a fixed timing everyday because I used to have my meals at college between 12:15 and 1:00 pm. Snacks at 4:30 pm and dinner anytime between 7:30 and 9:00 pm . Now it's your turn, fellow myLotters. Have a great day ahead. Happy myLotting.. Image courtesy: Google.

@Teekaaa Breakfast I do not eat at the same time all the time. Lunch during the week I try to eat around the time I feed my cat.

During the week, I have mostly fixed timings but not through choice! I have breakfast around 7am because that's when I'm getting ready for work. I usually have lunch at 12 (occasionally at 1) because that's the time I'm scheduled for a break at work. Dinner varies, depending on what time I get home and what else needs to be done. If I had a choice, I'd have dinner at 6pm. Unfortunately, I don't usually get home until after that. Most days, dinner is between 7 and 8. I keep snacks on my desk in the mornings so I pick at those.

No, I don't have rigid times for my meals. It all depends on how busy and hungry I am and changes all the time.

I try to have breakfast by 7:30 or 8. It's been later. I don't usually eat lunch until later in the afternoon, and usually no dinner. I don't have set times for snacks or dinner. I don't have snacks every day.

My dining hours were fixed when my husband was alive and they depended on his needs. He worked a lot but he was also diabetic so I needed to have his meals as soon as he arrived. Now I eat anything at any time.

I stick to my meal times. I did that all my life. Maybe my family followed a discipline around it and I got used to it. Now it's even more important as I am diabetic.
