A day in my shoes ??

Okay so while my 4 year-old daughter is running around in the background singing and my oldest daughter got sent home from school sick I am trying to finish my tattoo website and set up a blog. I'm going a little crazy because I have absolutely no idea how to blog but I thought it would help with my "Unique Tattoo" web page to get more information about it out there. Now the reason for me wanting to set up a website and wanting to do a blog is so I can make a little cash. I have 4 kids depending on me and due to my medical conditions I can't work and do the past relationship issues I can't get assistance. So working online is basically the only way I have to make money. I know, same old sob story right? But my kids come 1st and as I'm sitting here in my 10 year-old ripped up jeans and a hoodie with holes all through it I am looking for ways to make the money I need from home. So here I am asking you guys for some ideas, a little bit of help figuring everything out. Any advice would be highly appreciated.
