EARLY THURSDAY MORNING DRIZZLE doesn't hinder my early morning light jogging exercise from our home passing the city streets heading to the national road then to the public plaza. I complete 35 minutes jog-walk pace and reach 3.24 kilometers with 235 calories burned. Breaking my Tuesday record of 30 minutes for 3.38 kilometers with 194 calories burned. The slight dripping rain droplets don't bother me. Instead I keep on exercising besides I bring my own raincoat in case the rain will finallt fall. By the way as early as 5 O'clock in the morning I see many pupils of one the elementary schools here with their respective class teachers trying to have their final playground dance demonstration practice. Hope this day won't rain for this afternoon would be our grade one granddaughter Sophie's playground dance presentation at the public plaza. I'm excited to watch her dance together with her classmates in La Carlota North Elementary School. Nevertheless good morning my friends. Enjoy your day. God bless.
