Thursday - Rock Painting

I'm home. I had a wonderful morning rock painting. I got four finished and brought three home, but gave one away. It was a rock like I made as Christmas presents. It was for the manager who is leaving. Today is her last day. She loved the rock. I also signed my name on the back with my apartment number so she wouldn't forget who gave it to her.
I'm currently doing the Fruit of the Spirt collection of rocks as I did before Christmas. I gave those to my granddaughter for Christmas.
The two rocks above are the ones I brought home with me. I have one more finished and two more to do.

Those are nice. So sweet of you.
I bought rocks at a dollar store a few years back with the intention of painting them and leaving them in random places. I even came up with a bunch of different words to paint on them, but I just never got around to doing it.

We recently visited Wallis Sands Beach in New Hampshire. I found many flat rocks that I gathered and brought home. After reading your posts I was inspired to do a bit of rock painting myself.
I have rocks to paint, but have yet to purchase the paint to decorate them with. Have to make a trip to Walmart tomorrow and will have to look into the paints and brushes. Can't wait to get them started.
P.S....love the butterfly!

You are very creative, with your rock painting! Some day, you can use them for the front cover, on one of your books!
