Water in the Blood

To keep us going, we need enough water in the body. Maybe most water our body needs comes from our drinking water. Water also comes from fruit we eat and (air we breathe in as well?) What if we drink less water? When the body lacks water, does the body adjust to get required amount of water? What's the nearest source of water in the body when the body lacks water? What about you? How much water do you drink a day? For me, it depends. When I move a lot like jogging, biking and walking, I usually drink more.

I don't keep track on how much either. Whether you lack water or not, I guess you can know it from the color of your urine.

Blood contains 95% of water. If it is less than that, the blood will thicken as far as I know.

I drink fresh water and coffee too. Why don't coffee and tea count as water intake?

I heard the older we are, the less thirsty we are. Because we are not thirsty, we don't drink.

I always seem to fall behind in drinking water.
