Made weed killer, but...

Evidently I need a new bottle. I mixed it (found the recipe for weed killer with vinegar, dish soap, and salt on line) in and old empty weed killer bottle I had in the backyard, but when I took the stuff out front to try to spray some things, the sprayer part wouldn't work right. Guess I need a new bottle. So, that "activity" is postponed. Have you ever made your own weed killer? Or do you buy the store stuff?

I tried the homemade here once and it did not work. I may give it another try when it warms up. Let me know if it works for you. I may need to adjust proportions.
