Burning most calories while jogging

EARLY SATURDAY MORNING JOGGING gets me to reach my target of 3 kilometers with excess of 0.34 kilometers. I break my calories burned while doing a light jogging. It's 285 calories as my new record. While my walking exercise I have reached 4.37 kilometers with 602 calories burned. I have realized that it's very vital for us to do some physical exercises to stay healthy and physically fit. I know that sedentary life which is inactive, more on sitting is not good. And walking is well recommended. It could be early in the morning or late in the afternoon. Just select a good and safe place where you do your walking routine exercise. It's good to do it with a partner or with a member of a family. It's more fun and enjoyable. It's time to have yours. I usually do my walking early in the morning and in the evening. But today I skipped the morning, it is weekend, I want to stay a bit with my bed. But I will surely walk tonight

I've gone 84 years without exercising--don't want ton start now!! Oh wait! I lied! I did exercise when I was in the Marines but they made a cook out of me s-o-o-o-o-o-o-o.

@just4him In walking it's not for sometimes they get hurt so I have to adjust my pace or speed.
