Thinking of you

Last night hubby wanted to go to the McPherson Library, and I said I would go and we could see my sister. I had some clothes I do not wear and thought she might like them. I wanted to give her some of my home made lotion bars. When we got to town I called her. She said I must have heard her thinking about me. My sister has some friends she goes lots of places with. The one person decided they were going to a produce give away downtown and then to fill out vouchers for the food bank. He also has a freezer full of food at his former residence and he gives her food. I got to her house and she was overwhelmed. She, and the two others picked up cabbages, then when they got home they gave them to her. Then they got canned goods and dried beans, etc.She had the entire top of her table covered and had already put some of the food away. Then the guy gave her meat from his freezer. There was more food than she could put away and she was wanting me to come to take some. It was coincidence that we were going there anyway. She was thinking really hard of me it seems. So today I cooked a pork roast, from her. We had artisan bread, from her. I made gravy and microwaved a sweet potato that I had on hand. I cooked some apples she gave me. Left overs of the meat and gravy tomorrow. The food was very good.
