Good Morning/day/evening.
My Sunday morning is slow. I woke up late again. This is typical when I don't have early schedules.
Easy breakfast and a bowl of cereal is what I have.
At the box says a 30g serving has:
117kcal of energy
0.9g of total fat
0.1g of saturated fat
0.7g of saturated fibre
188mg of sodium
9.9g of sugars
I think I was eating more than that.

It's been a long time since I last had cereal for breakfast. Maybe 60 years ago huh.

It's been sometime that I have eaten that for breakfast. I also have that tendency to overeat that since they feel light on the tummy that you feel you need some more of that. You only realise that later when you stopped eating and felt that you have eaten too much already.
