You Are Loved You Matter You Are Valuable

Depression is real suicide is real I know from experience one of my cousins took her own life at the age of 18 and many friends I know have taken there own lives too. My sister was suicidal for a period of time in her life because she was teased because of her weight she went into a state of deep depression. She was getting rediculed from the kids at school but she was also ridiculed from her mom her mom still does it to the day even though she has lost over 200 pounds. I just want to reach out to those people young and old to say that you are loved you matter you have purpose you are here for a reason even though you may not feel like it your life matters you are valuable and you are worth it. Whoever is reading this today be strong be encourage Hold your head up high you are somebody You Are Not a Mistake You are Not a Burden You Are Gods Creation and He Loves You Unconditionally No Matter How You Feel Or What Others Say Around you. You Matter To God.

Depression is definitely an extremely troubled state of mind. And seeping out of it is really so very tough

I learned not to care about the opinion of others. If somebody likes me, is okay, if not, is okay, too. It is useless to stress about the opinion of others.
