I lost almost 3 pounds ...

I have maintained my routine of walking in the mornings and sometimes a little when the sun goes down, I have weighed after a month and I have lost 3 pounds which I think is good because I am only doing a physical activity I do not diet but I am happy and Very encouraged to continue, how are friends this afternoon? Has anyone achieved lately?

That's good... I've been thinking to do some exercise also but until today I have not started...

It is wonderful. I wish I could. I know that walking is the best exercise.
