I lost almost 3 pounds ...

I have maintained my routine of walking in the mornings and sometimes a little when the sun goes down, I have weighed after a month and I have lost 3 pounds which I think is good because I am only doing a physical activity I do not diet but I am happy and Very encouraged to continue, how are friends this afternoon? Has anyone achieved lately?

@Aleskys That is really good. I am very proud of you. I thought you did not want to lose weight. Am I wrong in your thinking?

It was not the original plan, but it is great to lose some weight apart I have a few pounds left hahaha.
