I bought myself a real drink.

Yesterday, when I went to the supermarket, I saw one of those very American orange juices NOT made from concentrate, only pasteurized orange juice. (Florida´s natural, it says). They are very expensive so I don´t buy it when I´m going to have the grandchildren around. And I drink it with a little guilt as I´m not sharing it and I won´t share. I also hide the Jack Daniels that I only share with Humberto. Once I forgot to put it away, Hector saw it and I brought a glass. He poured himself a lot, stopped, and told me to finish it myself. He did not want more. I told him I would drink it later. But I shoved it down the drain. I don´t drink in other people´s glasses. I AM picky. So if there is still a bit of this delicious orange juice by Sunday, I will hide it from my loving daughters. I´m drinking it from my beautiful bright orange mug that Tania bought me in Mexico. It depicts Quetzacoatl, the sacred serpent of the Maya and the Aztecs.

I am like you, I cannot drink in other people glasses, I am picky. I usually squeeze the oranges for my juice. I did yesterday evening to prepare the sauce for the crepes, I had a small glass left, I poured vodka in it and I had a nice after dinner.

Do they sell Simply Orange where you live? That is the best and healthiest orange juice around here.

I don´t think so. But the very best orange juice implies some work. I buy oranges in the supermarket and make my own orange juice with the juicer.

I don't often share my Lindt chocolates. Mostly there is only Vince to share with and he's not fussed about chocolate - and shouldn't be having sugar anyway. So I know what you're saying about the orange juice.

There are things that should not be shared. All are things to be eaten

Orange juice with lots of pulps is delicious. I don't like to drink from a glass which is used by other person.
