Instant Ginger Tea Tonight

Ginger is said to have a good benefits but in spite of their availability, we do not use it often as tea except when one has cough or cold. My mother is an avid drinker though. The other day, I bought an instant ginger tea we call here "salabat". Although this maybe not as effective like fresh ginger, it taste good but I add a bit of sugar to reduce the strength of its taste. It's past 10:30 in the evening here. Time to sleep.
