I just looked at the weather report and it doesn't look like I'll be going anywhere for the next few days. We have snow in the forecast until 4 AM and a winter weather advisory until 3 AM. However, the snow won't be completely gone before 5 AM. They also revised the forecast for 4-6 inches. It was 2-4 inches. At the rate it's snowing, it will easily be closer to 4 inches by 4 AM tomorrow morning. After that, we get tossed back into the subzero temps with lower wind chills through the weekend.
It's doubtful there will be any school closings. At most, there might be delays because of the slippery roads.
At least I got back to the pool today.
Mind you, this is not a complaint about bad weather or snow. This is just letting you know, I won't be going to the pool tomorrow or the next few days until the weather is reasonable again and the roads are decent. It's much better to be safe than dead.

@Mavic123456 I don't usually like a set program. They tend to go faster than I can move. It's better to go at my own pace.

Our prediction was 2-5 inches of heavy snow tonight. It won't be the light fluffy kind, but the water packed heavy stuff. Jay had today off and tomorrow, there might not be any mail trucks delivering. Yes, it's suppose to get colder here, by next weekend.

Yeah, it's a bummer that I won't be back in the pool before Friday. I won't be rock painting this week again either.
The snow is beautiful. The weather advisory changed again to 6 AM. It was still snowing when I got up at 5 to see the snow status. I checked it at 2:21 and went back to bed. No school delays here, though further north there are closings, and in a few places, two-hour delays.

@MommyOfEli2013 Close to a blizzard. Which it wasn't. We got 6.4 inches of snow. We have now surpassed last year's total at this time. We have over a foot of snow on the ground.

Wow, that is definitely a lot of snow! Still very interesting that with all that snow there isn't school closings! But I remember you said it'd take a blizzard.
