Done with my observation. ....

Today is going to be the last day of my observation for this child in Montessori school. Though I planned to do it for 12_15 hours, I guess I won't be able to do it for more than 8 hours and that gets over today.
The child is not coming tomorrow as they have some function at home. The school is closed on Friday. And I am in no position to extend it next week as I have other commitments.
He was consistent with his behavior on all these days and it very much matched with teacher's report to me. So I think I could make a conclusion in these eight hours. I have given verbal input to the principal and I stayed a little extra here to do so. Talking in person is more effective than talking over phone. And I didn't want to travel one more time here to do so.
Now I just have to document things and email them. Then they might fix a meeting with teacher and parents and can inform me to be there in the meeting. The meeting would be most probably on a Saturday. I have told them the Saturdays I am free in coming month.
All these has delayed me to go home and have my lunch. It would be good to pick up my daughter and then go home. It's almost time.
Glad that I packed a tumbler of buttermilk with my fruits today. That should keep me full till I reach home.
So here I sip my buttermilk and mylot.
I will soon head to my daughter's school.

It is not easy to handle special children. I have a niece who is a teacher for special children. She handles one class of 8 to 12, I think.

I handled a Montessori class of 21 children with a few special needs in the class along with regular children. But they were not the aggressive or hyperactive kind. They were slow learners, CP and Down Syndrome children who could be easily managed.

@Alexandoy One of them is challenging. He is almost non verbal, hyperactive, lots of sensory issues and has frequent meltdown. He is severely autistic. Other one is better. At least he has need based expression.

Yes. I generally take some fresh juice ,coconut water or buttermilk or white pumpkin juice on hot days at work. I might need some energy anytime.
