A few weeks ago I heard about the locust crisis from Kenya. There are quite a lot of locusts and they ate up a lot of crops. It may lead to the hunger because of the food shortage. Then several days ago I heard that the locusts were approaching India. Now it seems this news is becoming less and I think this is because the locusts are got rid of totally? If so, then this is a great news.

Locusts can decimate crops in a very short time. I hope they don't get to India.

The huge locusts' swarms have invaded India. Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra in the West have faced a lot of damage. Now they are heading towards the northern states. I hope that the authorities come up with a plan to counter them.

@youless Yes since these are heading towards Delhi and surrounding areas as well, and we do not know how we would tackle them if they invade our surroundings.

i think it is worse than typhoon. I pity farmers for they have nothing to feed their families.

Yeah... It is so horrible. I heard that the sky would become dark when there are so many locusts flying.
