Mermaid hair

My 9 year old expressed that she wanted to have her haired died into mermaid colors. Which would be pink, purple and blue. I told her first we would need to dye her hair a few shades lighter then her hair now. I think she would look good with her these three colors.
I told my husband if look into what types of dyes would be okay to put in here hair.

No she ain’t to young. There is no age requirement for dying hair. I was here she when I started to get colored high lights. 9 isn’t that young. She is old enough to know what she does and didn’t want for also is about letting her express herself.
