Forgive My Absence Today

It’s been a pretty pukey day. Quite literally. I woke at 5 AM with the need to hug the commode. An hour later, I got that urge again. Then, around 3 PM, it hit me yet again.
I had a scheduled doctor’s appointment this morning, so I guess I couldn’t have been sick at a better time.
My prayers for all of you who are ill. It is NO easy walk.
I’ll keep resting up and sipping water (about the only thing I can hold down right now), and I’ll hopefully be back at it tomorrow.
